As a Graphics & UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience, your role will involve transforming ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring a seamless experience across different platforms. Here are the key responsibilities: - Design engaging and user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile applications. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. - Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life. - Ensure design consistency across various projects and platforms. - Work on graphics, banners, logos, and other creative visuals as required. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas. - Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback for design improvements. - (Preferred) Handle basic video editing tasks for digital assets when needed. Required Skills & Tools: - UI/UX Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (mandatory) - Design Skills: Prototyping, Wireframing, Visual Design - Graphics Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus if familiar with After Effects/Premiere Pro) - Strong sense of creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail - Excellent communication & collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams In addition, having video editing skills with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar will be considered an added advantage.,
