Graphics Designer (Performance Marketing)

Scaleflo is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping brands scale with data-driven ad campaigns and high-converting creatives. We’re looking for a Graphics Designer who knows how to create ad creatives that don’t just look good — but convert.

What You’ll Do:

• Design scroll-stopping ad creatives (static + video) for Facebook, Instagram & other paid platforms.

• Collaborate with media buyers to test and optimize creatives for performance.

• Create engaging visuals for both e-commerce and service-based brands.

• Stay updated with the latest creative trends in performance marketing.

• Leverage AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to speed up creative production and variations.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of performance-driven ad designs (not just social posts).

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar tools).

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for design & content generation.

• Ability to iterate creatives based on ad performance data.

• Bonus: Experience creating ad creatives for e-commerce brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
