Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Graphic Designer - Performance-Focused (Ad Creatives & Branding) located in Kochi. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-converting ad creatives and branding materials for various service businesses. The day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, logos, and web elements while focusing on performance and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Design static ad creatives (images, carousels, offer banners) optimized for Facebook & Instagram lead generation. Collaborate with the Creative Team to turn scripts, hooks, and offers into visually compelling assets. Convert case studies, testimonials, and ad results into Instagram carousel posts, brochures, and pitch decks. Maintain visual consistency across client brands (especially in niches like pest control, deep cleaning, baby photography, etc.). Prepare ad creatives with proper headlines, CTA placement, and offer highlighting, using Scaleflo’s proven frameworks. Revise creatives based on internal feedback and client approvals. Qualification Graphics and Graphic Design skills Branding and Logo Design skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong portfolio showcasing creative and performance-driven designs Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies Nice to have Experience working in an agency environment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Kochi for a Short-Form Content Scriptwriter specializing in Reels, UGC & Paid Ads in Malayalam. The Scriptwriter will be responsible for creating viral short-form content, writing scripts for video production, and executing scriptwriting tasks daily. Qualifications Scriptwriting and Scripting skills Experience in Screenplays and Writing Ability to create engaging content for Reels, UGC & Paid Ads Proficiency in Malayalam language Excellent communication and storytelling skills Strong attention to detail and creativity Experience in video production is a plus Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or related field What You’ll Be Doing • Writing thumb-stopping hooks and 15–60 second scripts for Reels, UGC, and ad creatives • Using storytelling, emotional triggers, and our proven frameworks (PAS, AIDA, 5-part story) • Adapting tone/style to different brand voices (e.g., emotional for Babybook, practical for VFAB) • Collaborating with the design & video team to match visuals with voiceovers/scripts • Staying up to date with trends in the Reels/ad space and pitching new content ideas • Occasionally writing Malayalam or regional language variants for local targeting You Should Have • Proven experience writing short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads) • Strong understanding of human psychology, hooks, and attention spans • Fluent English writing; bonus if you can write in Malayalam (or adapt to regional tones) • Ability to meet deadlines, take feedback, and iterate fast • Bonus: Basic knowledge of content trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
