Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Graphic Designer - Performance-Focused (Ad Creatives & Branding) located in Kochi. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-converting ad creatives and branding materials for various service businesses. The day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, logos, and web elements while focusing on performance and lead generation.

• Design static ad creatives (images, carousels, offer banners) optimized for Facebook & Instagram lead generation.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to turn scripts, hooks, and offers into visually compelling assets.
• Convert case studies, testimonials, and ad results into Instagram carousel posts, brochures, and pitch decks.
• Maintain visual consistency across client brands (especially in niches like pest control, deep cleaning, baby photography, etc.).
• Prepare ad creatives with proper headlines, CTA placement, and offer highlighting, using Scaleflo’s proven frameworks.
• Revise creatives based on internal feedback and client approvals.

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Branding and Logo Design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and performance-driven designs
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ad Library and studying winning ad patterns.
• Basic video editing skills or collaboration with editors.
• Fluent in Malayalam.
