Creative Graphic Designer

As a Creative Graphic Designer - Performance-Focused at our company located in Kochi, your role will involve creating high-converting ad creatives and branding materials for various service businesses. You will be responsible for designing graphics, logos, and web elements with a focus on performance and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: - Design static ad creatives such as images, carousels, and offer banners optimized for Facebook & Instagram lead generation. - Collaborate with the Creative Team to transform scripts, hooks, and offers into visually compelling assets. - Convert case studies, testimonials, and ad results into Instagram carousel posts, brochures, and pitch decks. - Ensure visual consistency across client brands, especially in niches like pest control, deep cleaning, baby photography, etc. - Prepare ad creatives with proper headlines, CTA placement, and offer highlighting using Scaleflos proven frameworks. - Revise creatives based on internal feedback and client approvals. Qualifications: - Graphics and Graphic Design skills - Branding and Logo Design skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and performance-driven designs - Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines - Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies Nice to have: - Experience working in an agency environment - Familiarity with Facebook Ad Library and studying winning ad patterns - Basic video editing skills or collaboration with editors - Fluency in Malayalam We look forward to welcoming a talented Graphic Designer like you to our team in Kochi.,
