As a Creative Graphic Designer - Social Media at Haris&Co, you will be the visual storyteller responsible for transforming strategies into engaging content that captivates the audience and stops the scroll. Your work will include creating snappy reels, eye-catching covers, bold carousels, engaging stories, compelling ads, and innovative campaign creatives that shape how thousands of individuals interact with our clients" brands on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with strategists, writers, and creators to explore new boundaries and experiment with different formats to keep designs fresh and aligned with current trends. - Develop a strong portfolio of social media-first design work, including carousels, reels layouts, stories, and ads. - Demonstrate mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or Figma, Canva for creating visually appealing content. - Utilize your creative eye for typography, colors, layouts, and branding to ensure the content resonates with the target audience. - Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and audience behaviors to create content that drives engagement. - Bonus: Showcase skills in motion graphics, GIFs, or micro-animations to enhance the visual storytelling experience. - Manage fast turnarounds while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail. - Exhibit strong collaboration skills and thrive in a team environment working with writers, strategists, and video editors.
