Mission :
To create high-quality digital marketing assets (flyers, videos, infographics, banners) and
coordinate with the SEO/content team to ensure Bankkeeping’s brand is presented with
consistency, creativity, and impact across all channels.
Key Outcomes (What success looks like) :
1. Design Collaterals – Create all digital flyers, brochures, one-pagers, and pitch
decks in line with Bankkeeping’s brand guidelines; minimum 20 collaterals per month
with approval rate >90%.
2. Video Production – Deliver basic videos for marketing campaigns, including shooting,
editing, and graphic-based explainer videos; minimum 2–3 videos per month .
3. SEO & Content Support – Collaborate with SEO team to produce relevant creatives
for blogs, case studies, and articles (banners, thumbnails, infographics) within 48
hours of requirement .
4. Brand Consistency – Ensure all creatives follow Bankkeeping’s visual identity, tone,
and messaging ; zero deviations in published assets.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination – Work with Sales, Product, and Execution teams to
gather inputs and ensure marketing materials reflect real client value.
Competencies (Skills & Behaviours) :
● Design Skills – Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
● Video Skills – Basic knowledge of video shooting, editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or
similar), and motion graphics.
● Creativity & Storytelling – Ability to translate financial/technical content into visually
engaging, easy-to-understand graphics.
● Collaboration – Works well with the SEO/Content team and internal stakeholders.
● Time Discipline – Delivers materials on time without compromising quality.
● Adaptability – Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly on designs.
