Position Overview

We’re seeking a Graphic & Web Designer with strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming ideas into designs that communicate effectively across digital platforms — from websites to social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visually compelling Logo Design, Graphics for Web, Social Media, and Print-Media.
• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web pages and landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Translate brand strategy into visual executions that communicate clearly and engage audiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for website interfaces and digital experiences.
• Optimize graphics and layouts for speed, usability, and aesthetics.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year experience in graphic and/or web design (agency experience preferred).
• Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Proficiency in front-end web design tools (HTML, CSS, WordPress or Webflow knowledge preferred).
• Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong conceptual thinking — ability to turn ideas into visual stories.
• Attention to detail and a passion for clean, creative design.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of motion graphics, short-form video editing, or animation.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
• Understanding of brand identity systems and digital marketing creatives.
