Graphic & Web Designer

As a Web Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing website layouts, user interfaces (UI), and responsive designs. Your key responsibilities will include designing banners, icons, logos, and other visual elements for websites, converting designs into HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for web development, and ensuring that designs are user-friendly, intuitive, and mobile-responsive. Additionally, you will work with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms to develop custom website designs, optimize website design for speed, performance, and search engine visibility, and collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to implement design concepts. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, as well as in web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS. Understanding of UI/UX principles, CMS experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix, knowledge of SEO basics, and familiarity with version control using Git/GitHub are also essential. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, IT, or a related field, although it is not mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of experience in web designing with a strong portfolio is required for this position. Preferred qualifications include experience in e-commerce and landing page design, basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js, and experience with animations and interactive design. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and requires you to work in person at our location in Manimajra, Chandigarh.
