Job Title : Telecaller – Immigration Services Company : Leom International Location : Zirakpur, Punjab Salary : ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month Experience Required : 1 to 2 Years (Mandatory in Immigration Industry) Job Type : Full-time Job Description : Leom International, a leading name in immigration consulting, is seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate must have 1 to 2 years of proven experience in the immigration industry and a strong command of communication and client handling. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries related to immigration services. Explain immigration processes and visa options clearly and professionally. Convert leads into walk-ins and appointments for counselors. Maintain records of telephonic interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Coordinate with the counseling and documentation team to ensure client needs are met. Requirements : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling within the immigration sector . Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred). Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/monthly targets. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM handling).
