We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in Canva and UI/UX designing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing designs and an eye for detail, with the ability to transform concepts into stunning graphics and user-friendly interfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform usability testing.
• Utilize Canva to create high-quality graphics and marketing materials efficiently.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualification and Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including examples of both graphic design and UI/UX projects.
• Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in related fields.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
