Graphic Designer

We're looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of agency experience and a proven track record with renowned brands. You'll be a master of all Adobe Creative Suite tools, possessing an in-depth understanding of branding principles, and exceptional design capabilities across digital, social media, marketing, and print materials. This role demands a strong conceptual thinker, a meticulous executor, and a collaborative team player ready to translate complex briefs into visually stunning and effective solutions for Zaps Group and our clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead concept development and execution of visual solutions for diverse clients and projects, aligning with brand strategy.Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identities (logos, style guides, visual language), ensuring consistency across all outputs.Design high-quality visual assets for digital (websites, ads, emails), social media (all platforms), marketing collateral (presentations, infographics), and print (ads, brochures, packaging).Demonstrate expert-level proficiency across Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with After Effects/XD is a plus.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, presenting designs and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and ensure design excellence.Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design approaches.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a leading agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for top brands.Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.Exceptional understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Proven ability to design across digital, social media, marketing, and print.In-depth knowledge of branding principles.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
