We're looking for individuals who can bring fresh, innovative ideas to life across a variety of media platforms—supporting both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing visually compelling designs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards. Proficiency in design software and a strong creative vision are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and production of all online marketing material
• Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns
• Design and produce a wide array of media

Qualifications

• 1+ years of creative design experience
• Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects 
• A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in composition at the level desired for the application (please include a link in your resume)
• Strong time management skills and ability to deal with ambiguity, self-prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in basic design principles, color theory, and graphics file creation optimized for digital media
• Ability to collaborate with other designers, copywriters, product, sales, and marketing teams, maintaining effective written and verbal communication.
