About The Role
Were looking for a
Graphic Designer
who can bring ideas to life across platforms, create stunning visual stories, and work with our team to shape the next wave of branded content. If you love cinema, pop culture, and design youll feel right at home here.What Youll Do
- Use your creative craft, platform knowledge, and cultural insights to solve marketing problems for a variety of brands.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and maintain strong visual aesthetics (brand colors, treatments, textures, fonts, and other design elements).
- Partner with copywriters on ideas but also be able to function independently when needed.
- Work across all technical aspects of content production and delivery from social posts to videos to micro-content.
- Build and maintain a brand playbook for visual identity.
- Visualize ideas through storyboards, mocks, sketches, and references.
- Participate in brainstorming and conceptual discussions.
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring design quality.
- Execute projects under the guidance of the Creative Director, with briefs and timelines managed by the Resource Manager.
- Understand the difference between big creative ideas and tactical executions and be able to deliver on both.
- Take ownership of art direction across mediums and stay up-to-date with design trends, technology, and creative tools.
What Were Looking For
- Strong art and design skills with the ability to conceptualize ideas.
- At least 2+ year of experience in a digital advertising agency.
- Passion for cinema, pop culture, and visual storytelling.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with solid time management.
- Curiosity to experiment and continuously improve your design craft.

- Ability to commute to work.
- Own a laptop that you can use at work.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
