Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the media or digital content industry. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and should have a proven ability to develop visually engaging designs tailored for digital and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling graphics for web, social media, campaigns, and print.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and video to bring creative concepts to life.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Design creatives such as social media posts, thumbnails, banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Interpret briefs accurately and execute designs that meet strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in the media and entertainment sector.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably within the media, entertainment, or digital content industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator and InDesign is preferred.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing work relevant to digital media, branding, and content marketing.
• Excellent attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Previous experience working with digital publishers, production houses, or OTT platforms.
