Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials for Social Media posts as per the Content Calendars
• Establish creative direction for the company as per the brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
• Be creative and well verse with the trends
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and 
• market trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web
• 1 year of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and other graphic design software
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, analytical skills and design skills
• Excellent eye for detail
• Portfolio of work

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

• Min. 1 year of work experience in Social Media Marketing, Agency experience will be a plus point
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members
• A positive and well-organized individual with extreme attention to detail. 
• Fluent in oral & written English.
• Have the ability to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
• Basics of Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Note: Candidate must be located in Pune and should be willing to work from office.
