Sr. Graphic Designer - Design Team Lead

As the Lead of the design team, you will be responsible for planning the daily tasks and managing the workflow for the department. Your role will involve creating and designing various materials for Branding & Social Media posts according to the Content Calendars. It is essential to establish creative direction for the company based on the brand guidelines and prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications. Being creative and up-to-date with the latest trends is crucial for this role. Collaboration with the team is necessary to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets. You will be expected to create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media while maintaining awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media trends, competitive landscape, and market trends. Flexibility, efficiency, and quick turnaround with work and timelines are key aspects of this position. Additionally, having a good grasp of video editing would be advantageous. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web. A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and prior experience in team management are mandatory. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design software is required. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, analytical skills, and design skills are essential, along with an excellent eye for detail and a portfolio of work. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of strong work experience in Designing, Social Media Marketing, and Agency experience. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are necessary for interacting with team members. A positive, well-organized individual with extreme attention to detail will thrive in this position. Fluency in oral and written English is a must, along with the ability to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and succeed in a highly collaborative environment. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be beneficial for this role.,
