Tiles, bathroom, interiors, business-consulting എന്നീ മേഖലകളിൽ catchy storytelling ഉള്ള content ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ആളാകണം.

Key Responsibilities

• Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / Facebook videos എഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക (30–60 sec formats)
• Shooting team നൽകുന്ന raw footage-കൾ short, engaging videos ആയി മാറ്റുക
• Trending edits, transitions, text animations, beat cuts, sound sync, hooks എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് content upgrade ചെയ്യുക
• Color correction, basic grading, audio cleanup, background music selection
• Brand style guide അനുസരിച്ച് consistent look & feel maintain ചെയ്യുക
• Weekly content calendar-നോട് sync ആയി fast turnaround deliver ചെയ്യുക
• Malayalam + English bilingual content-ൽ subtitles, captions, on-screen text add ചെയ്യുക
• Product showcases, showroom walkthroughs, transformation videos, testimonials എന്നിവ edit ചെയ്യുക
• Creative team-നൊപ്പം ideas propose ചെയ്യാനും improvements suggest ചെയ്യാനും തയ്യാറാകുക

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut (any 1–2 strong)
• After Effects / Motion graphics knowledge (basic-to-intermediate)
• Reels/Shorts pacing, storytelling & trend sense
• Typography sense + subtitle timing
• Audio sense: music selection, SFX layering, voice clarity
• Attention to detail + consistency across multiple brand styles
• On-time delivery & ability to handle multiple edits per week

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Camera knowledge / shooting experience
• Lightroom / Photoshop / Canva basics for thumbnails & posters
• Experience editing interior / product / lifestyle content
• Knowledge of AI editing tools (Auto-captions, eye-contact correction, etc.)
• Script sense / ability to recommend hooks
