Graphic Designer – Job Role & Responsibilities

A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs that effectively communicate the organization’s message. The role involves developing creative concepts, producing high-quality graphics, and collaborating with various teams to support marketing, digital, and print requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual content for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, emailers, and advertisements.
• Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and branding collateral.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creatives on time.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and company standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare final artwork files for production and printing.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts using design software.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other design tools.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual aesthetics.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Ability to take feedback positively and incorporate changes.
• Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Prior experience in graphic design (internship or professional) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
