At Robro, we are driven by Vision, Intelligence, and Control.Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor / Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, video editing expertise, and a good grasp of digital marketing strategies. This role will contribute directly to building Robro’s brand presence through engaging visual content, social media campaigns, and performance-driven marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities Design & Content Creation:•Design high-quality graphics for social media, website, product brochures, presentations, and ad campaigns.•Create and edit engaging videos, reels, and animations to support product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling.•Maintain consistency with Robro’s brand guidelines across all visual assets.Digital Marketing Execution: •Plan, create, and manage campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).•Assist in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).•Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.•Support SEO initiatives by creating visually appealing and search-optimized content.Collaboration & Strategy:•Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Engineering) to understand requirements and deliver relevant creative assets.•Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiativesRequirementsMust-Have Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.•0–4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital marketing.•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.•Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.•Excellent time management, attention to detail, and creativity.Preferred:•Experience with Canva, Figma, or motion graphics tools.•Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO basics, and ad management platforms.•Experience working in a B2B or industrial technology environment.
