About The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our copywriters and the marketing team to design visually compelling assets that resonate with diverse audiences. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, including marketing campaigns, social media graphics, emailers, and more. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving through design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling marketing assets, such as web banners, email templates, social media graphics, and print materials.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure visuals are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with the educational goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all channels and maintain a high standard of design quality.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in 

  Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication

  , or a related field.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience

   as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Strong working knowledge of - 

  Figma,

   

  Adobe Creative Suite

   (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in 

  Character Design, Illustrations, and Visual Storytelling.

• Solid understanding of 

  branding, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Ability to design for 

  digital platforms

   (social media creatives, ads, presentations, web assets).
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for 

  aesthetics and consistency.

• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs efficiently.
• A collaborative 

  team player

   who can work effectively with marketing, product, and other stakeholders.
