What You'll be Doing

This isn’t just a social media designer gig we’re looking for someone who can think like a brand owner and design like a boss.

Here’s what your typical week might look like:

Designing packaging that people actually want to keep think cake boxes, coffee cups, stickers, sleeves, tote bags, you name it

1. Creating brand identity systems logos, color palettes, fonts, and the whole visual vibe
2. Working on digital creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Ads, and emailers
3. Making pitch decks and presentations that are just as aesthetic as they are strategic
4. Jamming with the team on fresh concepts, moodboards, and design directions
5. Taking ownership from concept to final design delivery (and a few edits after that, because, well, clients)

What You Need to Bring

• 2–3 years of solid design experience (agency background or packaging-focused work preferred)
• A killer portfolio that includes actual packaging and brand identity work
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Bonus points if you can use Figma, After Effects, or Canva for quick edits
• Understanding of print specs, materials, and packaging formats
• Sharp attention to detail, a strong sense of visual hierarchy, and clean typography skills
• Confidence to pitch your ideas, take feedback, and turn projects around on deadline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design ( Nothing less, nothing more )
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
