Job role:

We’re looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and design. This role demands innovative thinking and a passion for producing engaging, high-quality visual content. You will work on a variety of design projects, including digital media, print materials, branding, and marketing assets. Your designs will help communicate our brand message and enhance our digital presence, while also ensuring that our visuals are optimized for SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Creative Design:

Develop eye-catching and innovative graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, flyers, brochures, and website visuals.

2.Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

3. Photo and Video Editing:

Edit and enhance images, videos, and illustrations to ensure they meet design standards and are compelling for our audience.

4.Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visual assets that align with marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.

5.Trend Exploration:

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, and integrate new ideas into your work to keep designs fresh and relevant. while maintaining creativity and quality.

SEO Awareness:

Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure your designs are optimized for search engines by following best practices for image alt text, file naming, and loading speed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Creative Skillset: Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design flair, and ability to create impactful visuals. We value originality and a unique design style.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), CorelDraw, Canva.

· Basic knowledge of SEO practices for image optimization, such as image alt text and file naming conventions.

· Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.

· Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and collaborate within a team.

· Basic web design knowledge or familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience or interest in designing for healthcare or medical-related projects.

· Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design basics.

· Experience with video editing (or) motion graphics.

· Familiarity with social media design standards and trends.

Tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw, Canva, etc.
