Must-Have:

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with an awe-inspiring portfolio to join us in creating content for Fortune 500 companies across the BFSI sector. We admire candidates with a flair for innovative ideas and the design skills to create outstanding deliverables
The candidate must possess a Degree (Bachelors/Masters) in Design or Fine Arts, or a related field
Must be experienced in working for a digital content creation studio, advertising or in a similar environment for at least 3 years
Must exhibit an excellent understanding of storytelling, design acumen, aesthetics, colors, typography, and layouts
Should be proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc), CorelDraw, Flash, Illustrator, and other design software
Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Quark
An eye for detail and an uncompromising attitude towards creating quality content including RFP presentations, banners, posters, logo designs, videos, and other creative deliverables
Should be comfortable adapting to new technologies and must be aware of the latest trends
Must have the quality of thinking on your feet and abiding to strict deadlines; Time-management is everything!

Good-to-Have:

Awareness of industry trends, internet lingo, pop-culture references
A good understanding of the production process, right from ideation to post-production
Verbal communication skills to put forth ideas with utmost clarity
Creative ability in fine arts such as sketching or painting
A cool head, especially under pressure
Basic videography skills would be a plus
Curiosity and desire to experiment with unconventional design(s) and new software
