📌 Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative

• Create high-quality graphics for

  Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, website, and ads

• Build consistent

  brand identity guidelines

  (colors, typography, motifs)
• Work closely with creative head, marketing team & stylists to bring the brand to life
• Develop visuals for

  founder content, pitch decks, feature launches, events, PR

• Collaborate with video editors to enhance video storytelling with graphic elements

Marketing & Campaigns

• Create scroll-stopping creatives for

  paid ads (Meta/Google)

• Craft visuals for campaigns like waitlist, app launch, influencer collabs
• Design static + motion graphics for reels, stories & carousels
• Translate ideas into

  high-conversion marketing designs

Product & UI Support

• Assist in creating app mockups, in-app graphics, onboarding screens
• Help stylists with visual templates for outfit ideas & reports.

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong command over

  Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects (bonus)

• Deep sense of typography, color, layout & composition
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, high-output startup environment

• Strong understanding of

  Gen Z visual language, fashion culture, and trends

• Ability to convert rough ideas → polished designs quickly
• Good communication skills & willingness to collaborate closely

✨ Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in startups, fashion, lifestyle, or creative studios
• Portfolio demonstrating

  clean, aesthetic, brand-consistent designs

• Experience making creatives for

  digital-first brands
