🎨 Creative Designer

✨ Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design static creatives, reels, ad banners, carousels, and brand assets for social media and digital campaigns.
• Create motion graphics and short animations for platforms like Instagram, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the creative strategist and content team to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with social media and design trends, ensuring content feels current and scroll-stopping.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency, quality, and deadlines.
• Adapt design outputs for different platform sizes and formats.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and storytelling visuals.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Designer (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, brand identity work, and motion content.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma.
• Ability to understand marketing goals and convert them into impactful visuals.
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, and color.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to explore new ideas.

💡 Bonus Points

• Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, or TikTok).
• Familiarity with Canva Pro or Figma for collaborative workflow.
• Understanding of branding, storytelling, and UI/UX basics.
• Passion for trends, aesthetics, and visual innovation.
