Create motion graphics and short animations for platforms like Instagram, Meta Ads, and YouTube. Collaborate with the creative strategist and content team to translate briefs into compelling visuals. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Stay up-to-date with social media and design trends, ensuring content feels current and scroll-stopping. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency, quality, and deadlines. Adapt design outputs for different platform sizes and formats. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and storytelling visuals. 🎯 Requirements 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Designer (agency experience preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, brand identity work, and motion content. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma. Ability to understand marketing goals and convert them into impactful visuals. Excellent sense of layout, typography, and color. Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team. Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to explore new ideas. 💡 Bonus Points Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, or TikTok). Familiarity with Canva Pro or Figma for collaborative workflow. Understanding of branding, storytelling, and UI/UX basics.
