SDA Bocconi Asia Center is a pan-Asian hub in Mumbai that has been delivering Executive Education and Postgraduate Programs designed and implemented by SDA Bocconi School of Management, Italy, since 2012. 

Graphic Designer + Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Design promotional materials such as ad creatives, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, banners, and social media assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visuals.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors when necessary.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce both long-form and short-form videos for marketing, events, testimonials, and digital platforms.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, branding, and other enhancements to videos.
• Manage video assets, organize raw footage, and maintain proper file naming and archival structure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders during shoots (when required) and post-production phases.

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

• InDesign

  – for layout and publishing materials

• Illustrator

  – for vector design and illustration

• Photoshop

  – for image editing and retouching

• Premiere Pro

  After Effects

  – for video editing and motion graphics
• Familiarity with

  Canva

  for quick-turnaround social creatives
• A strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field
• Prior experience in academic or institutional branding is a plus
• Knowledge of photography or animation is a bonus
