Assist in the development of brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual communications.

Present design concepts to team members and clients, articulating the rationale behind your creative choices.

Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design concepts.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to group projects.

Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with web design principles and experience in creating digital content.

Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
