Job Description:

Falcon Pack is hiring a Graphic Designer with strong skills in packaging design, layout setting, and print-ready artwork preparation. The candidate must also have knowledge of UV, foiling, and other special finishing processes used in packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and production-ready packaging designs
• Prepare dielines, artwork, and layouts according to printing standards
• Handle setting, layout adjustments, color correction, and final output
• Prepare artwork suitable for UV coating, foiling, embossing and other finishing techniques
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure high-quality print results
• Create mockups, update existing designs, and maintain brand consistency
• Deliver accurate, quality work within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in packaging design
• Strong knowledge of design, setting, UV work, foiling work, and finishing outputs
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Understanding of dielines, barcodes, labeling rules, and printing processes
• Good creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
