Job Description

Conceptualise and develop visual designs (logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website banners, brochures, packaging) based on project briefs.
Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, product, UX, vendors) to understand requirements and ensure designs meet their objectives.
Maintain brand consistency across all materials: ensure fonts, colour palettes, imagery and layouts adhere to brand guidelines.
Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other tools to create & revise designs.
Prepare assets for print production (check file formats, colour modes like CMYK/RGB, proof designs) and for digital use.
Adapt designs for multiple media (print, web, social, packaging) and ensure responsiveness and visual impact across formats.
Present design concepts to clients or internal teams for review, incorporate feedback, and finalise deliverables.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritise tasks and balance creative quality with efficiency.
Stay updated with design trends, tools and technologies; suggest improvements to design processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,652.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
