We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into visually compelling designs that communicate brand messages effectively across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-impact visual assets that align with brand identity and business objectives. ---*Responsibilities:* - Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging). - Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs by adhering to brand guidelines and style standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate business needs into creative solutions. - Create responsive designs optimized for various devices and screen sizes. - Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce logos, illustrations, infographics, banners, and multimedia assets. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. - Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and relevant output. - Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize deliverables.---Requirements*Requirements:* - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - 2–3 years of proven experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools. - Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition. - Demonstrated ability to create visually engaging content for both digital and print media. - Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. - A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving capabilities. - Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus. ---
