Required Qualification / Skills:

 A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.

 Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and other relevant tools.

 Strong creative and innovative design skills, demonstrated through a robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects will be added advantage.

 A deep understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.

 Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.

 Willingness to stay updated with design trends and industry developments, and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.

 Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a demonstrated aptitude for incorporating feedback into design revisions.

 Thorough understanding of branding and marketing concepts to ensure that designs align with the organization's brand identity and strategic goals.

 Familiarity with web design (HTML, CSS), motion graphics, and video editing, as well as experience with content management systems like WordPress, can be of an added advantage.

 Proficiency in photography and photo-editing software may be beneficial for certain projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content that align with project objectives and brand identity.

 Create high-quality and visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print materials, digital assets, marketing collateral, and more.

 Ensure that all design work consistently adheres to the organisation's brand guidelines, maintaining a unified visual identity.

 Be open to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from the team.

 Develop original design content by choosing appropriate colour schemes, typography, imagery, and layouts that effectively convey the intended message for the target audience.

 Maintain organized records of design assets and project files, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.

 Perform quality checks to guarantee that all design materials meet high standards and are error-free before final delivery.
