JOB DESCRIPTION for GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at [Company Name], a leading gym setup manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our gym equipment. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop marketing materials, digital assets, and visual content that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Design and maintain visual elements that reflect the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials and platforms.
• Marketing Collateral: Create brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other print materials to promote gym equipment and setups to potential customers.
• Digital Content Creation: Design graphics for the company’s website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertisements to increase engagement and sales.
• Product Design Visualization: Create product mockups, 3D renderings, and design layouts to showcase gym setups, equipment configurations, and spaces.
• Packaging Design: Develop creative packaging designs for gym equipment, ensuring the designs are both functional and visually appealing.
• Video and Animation: Assist in creating engaging video content or animations, such as product demos, setup tutorials, and promotional videos.
• Content Optimization: Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital platforms and printed formats, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Client Customization: Design custom visuals for clients, assisting in personalized branding and gym setups when required.
• Corel Designing: Proficiency in CorelDRAW is mandatory.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company’s visuals remain modern and effective.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role, ideally in the fitness, manufacturing, or product design industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, especially in product/brand design and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or AutoCAD) for product visualizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with website design, social media graphics, and email marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity, innovation, and a passion for design with an understanding of the fitness and gym equipment market.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take and implement feedback.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
