Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback and training. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to deliver results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. [Optional] Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Experience in Manufacturing firm Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Time management and organizational skills. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
