pay3 is a product of Todayq, an India-based company founded in 2017. Todayq is a pioneering entity within the cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystem. Our multifaceted offerings encompass trading and investment, media outlets, education, and marketing services.
As we scale our product and brand ecosystem, we’re seeking a Graphic Designer who can translate complex crypto ideas into simple, powerful, and visually iconic storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality design assets for pay3’s product, marketing campaigns, website, and social media - maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Work closely with the Founder and Brand team to define and evolve pay3’s design language - from icons and UI elements to motion graphics and ad creatives.
- Design visually stunning landing pages, campaigns, and visuals that blend fintech clarity with crypto-native energy.
- Develop a cohesive design system (colors, grids, components, and typography) that scales across sub-brands and digital platforms.
- Produce creative assets for app interfaces, dashboards, and promo visuals that balance aesthetics with usability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design across devices.
- Brainstorm and execute storytelling visuals for marketing campaigns, announcements, and social storytelling moments.
- Manage creative workflow efficiently, balancing multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with design trends in fintech, Web3, and tech branding to keep pay3 visually ahead of the curve.
- Contribute to the larger design ecosystem of the Todayq group (Koinpr, HASH, etc.), ensuring cross-brand synergy and consistency.
You'll be a good fit if
- You have 2+ years of experience in graphic or brand design, ideally within startups, fintech, or digital-first brands.
- You’re fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other modern design tools.
- You can craft minimalism - clean, bold, and meaningful - not cluttered visuals.
- You understand the power of typography, grids, and composition - and how design influences perception.
- You have experience designing for web, mobile, and motion, with a deep understanding of responsive layouts.
- You’re proactive - capable of turning abstract product ideas into elegant visual concepts.
- You’re passionate about crypto, fintech, or emerging technology, and understand the balance between innovation and clarity.
- You can operate at startup speed - quick iterations, same-day turnarounds, and iterative feedback loops.
- You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates range - from branding and interface design to campaign visuals and motion.
- You’re eager to define the design DNA of a product that could become the default payment identity layer of Web3.
