Graphic Designer

Job Summary: The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the marketing and product teams by developing, adapting, and delivering a wide range of creative assets. This includes product photography (IOM) management, catalogue design, product line drawings, and packaging or POSM (Point of Sale Materials) adaptations. The role requires strong attention to detail, creative execution, and adherence to timelines to ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. Key Responsibilities: 1. New Product launch Photoshoot & Graphic Development  Handle New product shoots and graphic development.  Verify photoshoot quality and ensure timely delivery within 7 working days of receiving the product. 2. Export / Seasonal / Topical / Regional Catalogues  Create internal export, seasonal, topical, and regional catalogues.  Tailor catalogues to match market needs and align with brand guidelines. 3. Content Database management  Maintain database library of the content with correct nomenclature 4. Adaptations – Packaging / POSM / Others  Adapt creative designs based on guidelines provided by the marketing team.  Execute packaging and POSM adaptations within 3 working days.  Ensure timely and high-quality design execution for multiple product lines. Skills and Qualifications  Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in creative design and graphic development.  Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.  Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.  Strong grasp of design principles, branding, typography, and layout composition.  Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.  Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver high-quality creative output under deadlines.  Keen attention to detail with a genuine passion for innovative and impactful design.
