Job Description

We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Full-Time – Work from Office)

Experience Required:

2 to 4 years of design experience

beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands

Key Responsibilities:

Design compelling and on-brand
social media creatives
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create
packaging designs
that reflect the premium nature of the brand
Develop
offline marketing collaterals
– brochures, standees, posters, etc.
Design clean, high-converting
e-commerce banners and creatives
for marketplaces & brand website
Work closely with the marketing and product team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Stay updated with
beauty design trends
and bring fresh ideas to the table

Requirements:

Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop
and
Canva
Working knowledge of
AI-based design tools
(e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
A keen eye for beauty aesthetics, clean design, and brand storytelling
A portfolio showcasing work across social, packaging, and e-commerce is a must
