creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging graphics for social media, brochures, banners, and other print/digital materials.
Assist in basic video editing for reels, teasers, and property promotional videos.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute campaign creatives.
Ensure consistency in visual elements across all brand communications.
Manage multiple design projects and deliver on time.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; basic knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus.
Solid understanding of design principles including layout, color theory, typography, and visual balance.
Must have their own laptop with design software.
Creative mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to take feedback and improve consistently.
