Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Prepress Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and correcting digital files to ensure they are print-ready, while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client-supplied files for accuracy, resolution, color profiles, fonts, and formatting.
• Prepare and modify artwork to ensure print readiness across various substrates and processes (offset, digital, large format, flexo, etc.).
• Perform preflight checks and troubleshoot issues related to file setup, bleeds, trims, and impositions.
• Ensure color consistency and accuracy by working with ICC profiles, Pantone standards, and proofing systems.
• Create proofs and mockups for client and internal review.
• Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and production teams to ensure files meet specifications.
• Maintain version control and proper file management across multiple projects.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Stay updated with the latest design and prepress technologies, software updates, and printing standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in prepress, graphic design, or printing production (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and other prepress tools.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, file formats (PDF/X standards), and color management.
• Attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
