Our mission is to design products that combine creativity, learning, and play, making screen-free playtime exciting for kids.
* Design illustrations, backgrounds, and characters for kids’ puzzles, playsets, and activity kits.
* Create packaging designs (box layouts, dielines, marketing callouts).
* Develop print-ready files for production, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and colors.
* Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI Design Tools.
* Strong understanding of children’s design aesthetics – ability to create fun, colorful, and engaging visuals.
* Packaging design knowledge – understanding dielines, folds, bleed margins, and creating print-ready files.
* Ability to design icons, infographics, and activity sheets that are simple, clear, and visually appealing for kids (ages 3–8).
* Experience with character design and ability to create multiple styles (cartoon, flat, vector-based).
* Understanding of production constraints – working within specified sizes, material limitations, and cost considerations.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different products.
