MR COCO is an upcoming Indian brand focused on creating fun, engaging, and educational toys & activities for kids aged 3–8 years. Our products include puzzles, magnetic playsets, craft kits, sticker books, and more. We sell online through Amazon, our website, and other platforms. Our mission is to design products that combine creativity, learning, and play, making screen-free playtime exciting for kids. Key Responsibilities: * Design illustrations, backgrounds, and characters for kids’ puzzles, playsets, and activity kits. * Create packaging designs (box layouts, dielines, marketing callouts). * Develop print-ready files for production, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and colors. * Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. Required Skills & Experience: * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI Design Tools. * Strong understanding of children’s design aesthetics – ability to create fun, colorful, and engaging visuals. * Packaging design knowledge – understanding dielines, folds, bleed margins, and creating print-ready files. * Ability to design icons, infographics, and activity sheets that are simple, clear, and visually appealing for kids (ages 3–8). * Experience with character design and ability to create multiple styles (cartoon, flat, vector-based). * Understanding of production constraints – working within specified sizes, material limitations, and cost considerations. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different products.
