Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more expressive graphics for the company
Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines • Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
Conceptualize and design digital advertising, branding materials, emailers, infographics, and web banners (all types of design collaterals)
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your design • Shape brand standards and ensure branding consistency across channels, for all content
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative assets and bring ideas to fruition
Follow and keep up with new trends and be proactive to contribute creative ideas

Skills Required:

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Designing
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Ability to multitask, and prioritize
