Graphic Designer

Job Title: Senior Designer & Creative Strategist Location: Santacruz W, Mumbai Type: Full-time, WFO Experience: 5+ years What You’ll Do Strategic & Conceptual Develop and translate seasonal themes and campaign ideas into cohesive visual identities. Conceptualize creative directions across physical and digital touch points: from packaging to store visuals to marketing collaterals. Lead ideation for new in-house brands, packaging systems, and identity design. Design & Execution Design packaging, print, and digital assets with a strong sense of layout, typography, and materiality. Create design systems that scale - from a shelf-edge label to large-format store visuals. Work with external vendors and internal teams to bring concepts to life - on time and with attention to detail. Supervise sampling, proofing, and final production for packaging, prints, and signage. Collaboration & Oversight Coordinate with print vendors, material suppliers, and fabricators - ensuring the final output matches intent. May have to collaborate with photographers, stylists, and content teams for campaign shoots and visual production. Manage junior designers, freelancers, or interns as needed, maintaining consistency and quality. Keep an eye on emerging design trends, techniques, and materials, and bring in fresh ideas when relevant. Skills & Requirements 5+ years of experience in graphic design or brand communication, preferably with exposure to retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Working knowledge of InDesign (nice to have) Basic motion design/video editing skills using Premiere Pro or After Effects (good to have, not mandatory) Strong understanding of print processes and working with vendors A keen eye for typography, layout and brand storytelling Detail-oriented with excellent organisation and project management skills Strong visual taste and an ability to build moodboards and presentations that communicate design direction clearly Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and timelines Who You Are A concept-first designer who thrives on storytelling through visuals.
