Kruti Coffee, established in 2013 by a group of professionals, primarily doctors, is a leading specialty coffee roaster and retailer in India. With a focus on specialty coffee standards and ethical practices, the company supports tribal coffee growers in Koraput, Odisha, and has received recognition for its award-winning Arabica coffee. In addition to offering unique single-origin roasts and blends, Kruti Coffee operates specialty coffee outlets across India and an e-commerce platform for nationwide delivery. The brand also extends to retailing premium agri-products and offers an authentic experience with specialty tea, continental food, and artisanal bakery items. Kruti Coffee embraces the principles of “Fair Trade” as a core element of its business model.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer, based in Bhubaneswar. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual content including graphics, logos, branding materials, and typographic design. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the marketing team, designing promotional materials, managing digital and print design projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and software
Experience in Logo Design and Branding
Strong skills in Typography
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software
Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
Experience working in the F&B or retail industry is a plus
