Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Branding & Visual Identity

• Create unique brand identities, style guides, logos, and packaging concepts.
• Develop strong brand assets like typography, color palettes, and brand collateral.

📱 Marketing & Social Media Graphics

• Design eye-catching social media posts, ads, banners, and email graphics.
• Work closely with our Social Media Manager to create campaigns that engage and convert.

🖥 Website & UI Assets

• Design website banners, illustrations, product mockups, and landing page graphics.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and ensure all visuals are web-optimized.

🧢 Print & Merchandise (Bonus)

• Create merch for apparel, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Design business cards, flyers, brochures, and other printed assets.

🤝 Collaboration & Innovation

• Work with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, developers).
• Stay updated with design trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices

Requirements & Skills

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

✅ Strong portfolio in branding, packaging & marketing design

✅ Excellent typography, layout, and color theory knowledge

✅ Experience creating high-converting digital designs

➕ Bonus: Experience in merch design

➕ Bonus: Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design
