Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The hiree will be responsible for creating and developing graphic designs, including logo design, branding, and typography. Day-to-day tasks will include conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, preparing rough drafts, and presenting ideas. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure the design aligns with the brand identity and meet the clients' expectations. Additionally, the role involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.

2. Develop visually appealing graphics and designs for both print and digital mediums, including brochures, posters, brand logos, social media creatives, websites, and more.

3. Develop and present design concepts, incorporating feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance skillset and deliver fresh, contemporary designs.

5. Work closely with copywriters and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design concepts to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.

6. Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.

7. Use feedback and critique to refine designs and improve future projects.

8. Ensure all designs meet the required specifications and are ready for production or digital implementation.

Requirements:

1. Proven 3-4 years experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

2. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools.

3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.

4. Ability to interpret and execute design briefs, translating concepts into compelling visual solutions.

5. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

6. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

7. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
