Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Hennur, Bengaluru

Overview:

We are in search of vibrant Graphic Designers possessing the right qualifications and a foundational experience to craft a diverse array of creative assets across both digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will exhibit initiative, delivering ingenious creative concepts while meticulously attending to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze design briefs to ascertain project requirements.
• Conceptualize designs by assimilating pertinent information and references.
• Apply appropriate color schemes and layouts to each graphic.
• Develop visual concepts through art arrangement, sizing, typography, and present them for approval.
• Execute finalized designs using requisite software.
• Coordinate with external printing vendors to ensure timely delivery and superior print quality.
• Contribute collaboratively to team objectives as necessary.
• Generate a diverse range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, corporate branding, websites, social media content, brochures, and flyers, employing software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Conduct thorough reviews of final layouts, proposing enhancements where applicable.
• Test graphics across various mediums to ensure consistency.
• Incorporate feedback to refine designs as needed.
• Ensure all finalized graphics and layouts adhere to brand standards and are aesthetically pleasing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in graphic design or a related role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design showcased through a robust portfolio.
• Expertise in desktop publishing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator(proficient).
• Keen eye for visual composition and design aesthetics.
• Strong time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Understanding of marketing principles, production processes, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertising, and multimedia design.
