Position: Graphic Designer + Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi (Office Only)

Experience: 3+ Years (Including 1 Year in a Digital Marketing Agency)

Salary: Upto 5 LPA

Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Craft visually stunning graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Create and animate engaging motion graphics for videos, ads, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest design trends and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with at least 1 year in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for design and ideation
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation skills, especially in a professional setting.
• Excellent eye for detail, color, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• A keen interest in the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
