Graphic Designer

Job Description: Graphic Designer (1+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably with skills in photography or visual arts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, capturing high-quality images, and contributing artistic insight to enhance brand identity and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, posters, banners, presentations, and website assets.
• Capture high-quality photographs for events, products, portraits, and branding requirements.
• Edit and retouch photos to match brand standards and enhance visual appeal.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and management teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative output.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and design layouts for campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Create illustrations, artworks, or hand-drawn concepts (if artistically skilled).
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Maintain an organized digital library of photos, design files, and artworks.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, color theory, typography, and modern photography techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, or equivalent software.
• Photography skills: product photography, event photography, portrait photography, or artistic photography.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail, composition, and color accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong artistic sense (drawing/illustration skills preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Photography, or Design.
• Experience in branding, social media content creation, or UI/UX basics.
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
